Waterloo Rd between Brown St. & S. Arlington by I-77).Our Garden Style Units Come Equipped with Stove, Refrigerater, Central Air, & Patio or Balcony off the rear! Each Apartment is Approx. 1,000 sq. ft.!Rental Rate:12 Month Lease: $750/mo Gas & Electric!Security Deposit: $750Pets are allowed with payment of $250 non-refundable pet fee. An additional charge of $25 per month per pet is also due in addition to the rent. Maximum pets allowed are 2.Applications are Provided at the time of showing. All Showings are by appointment - no office or staff at this location. Applications are Accepted on a First Come, First Served Basis for Available Units. Application Fee is $45 per applicant and is non-refundable. Applications Require 1 - 2 business days for verification. Each applicant must have their own individual email address. Sorry, but we do not accept any home assistance programs. This apartment is located on the second floor and is NOT wheelchair accessible or ADA compliant.REQUIREMENTS: 1.) Credit: Minimum FICO Score of 650 2.) Past Rental History: Minimum of 1 year in good standing and no evictions; 3.)
